Please observe the following unique rules for this forum:
  • Please limit your new threads (not replies) to one per week. If you have several new videos to announce, create one thread for all the videos. (Note: if you forget one you can edit your post!)
  • Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
  • When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.
  • Videos that do not contain anime are allowed to be announced in the Other Videos section and are not required to have catalog entries.

Ok, so Hagaren Viper got me REALLY interested in snagging this anime.

Let's see if you continue the trend.

Ah, I haven't seen a Busou Renkin AMV in awhile!
*gets*

Hm... I liked some points, and I didn't like others so much. I liked the masking job that was mixed in the the shutters transition, but I wish that could've been a lot more constant, rather than at the beginning of the new lyrics after the chorus finishes.
Not bad. =3

The whole thing lacked flow and atmosphere. THe song and the source never really melded together for me, and that's the biggest problem I had with it.

While being surprised and entertained about not knowing what's coming up next is a factor I like in AMV's, this did that a fair bit too much. All the action sequences where randomly transitioned from one to another, and just when I was getting comfortable with one scene of action, another takes its place.

It was hard to keep up with everything, but it was still slightly better than average I suppose. On a scale, it'd be like a 3.025 or something of that nature..

Dew eet~

Anyway, dl'ed this myself not too long ago.

I'm pretty 50/50 with this one. There are things that I really don't like [all of the text and goofy scenes really], but I guess you can say anything else I enjoyed. I suppose this qualifies as a random action vid, but it seems like you were trying to show the whole story of the series at the same time. I think if you focused on making a clearer story, this could have been really good. Otherwise it's only really coherent if you are familiar with the series.

Don't get me wrong, I do enjoy this, but it needs things tweaked, imo. I might leave an opinion on this later, actually, but don't hold me to that
