I'm not sure if previously removed videos will be back with ads or if it's just "official content" that will be back, but I thought I'd mention...

I've seen enough threads on the org where an editor has made a complaint about someone "stealing" his/her AMV and uploading it somewhere else. Given that we make neither the anime nor the music, I don't see how people can get so heated up over that, yet at the same time go and complain about larger companies trying to protect content which by all means they have paid for.
Theres a difference, I'm not going to download a new Paramore song and go around telling everyone look what I just made. No ones taking credit away from the creators of the anime or the music like they do when you take someones editing and try to pass it off as your own. This is why we list all the sources used, to give credit where credit is due. Which if they were smart enough they would realize that it actually works as a free advertisement to their media. As a large amount of the music and anime I came to love (and purchase) I first discovered through some means of copyright infringement.

Yeah. Ripping music from YouTube wasn't really trival for casual viewers. The companies should be more afraid of the websites where you toss in a yt-link and it rips the song for you.

I also won't stop Warner from putting ads on my video site. It would be really ok for me.
You can find me on YT under "Bauzi514". Subscribe to never miss my AMV releases. :amv:
