I'm pretty sure Tien is always stronger than Krillin, although I do like Krillin better. Here are some examples of when they were both still of some use to the team. Frieza saga: Krillin goes down after 1 hit from Recoome, but Tien is able to take on both Burter and Jeice. Cell Saga: Tien is able to hold Lvl 2 Cell at bay for a pretty good amount of time, while Krillin's attacks did absolutely nothing. Hope that helps.

LoL, yeah he did, I picked my examples because those are the only times I could think of that you could even argue Tien and Krillin as being anywhere near each other in strength.

Actually, Krillin, by the end of the series is the strongest human in existence. Tien's last appearance was at the Cell games. After that he was an afterthought. It's an actual known fact within DBZ hardcore fans that Tien and Yamcha (the punk who got killed by a 10 for a $1 saibayman) are so weak they all together stopped bothering to hang out with the Z crowd. Krillin still stuck his neck out every now and again.....funny part is I think the strongest one of them all might be Bulma. Next to goku she has survived every single encounter in the series, including the destruction of planet namek. A tough little abnoxious cookie that one.

Krillin may not be the strongest during most of Z but, by the time he gets into GT he is the strongest human. Don't get me wrong i like Tien but Krillin does eventually surpass him. Oh, you forgot both Tien and Krillin fought Buu, well sort of, wasn't much of a fight ether way.
