It's that time of year again!

Bakuretsucon is once again right around the corner, this time taking place on Halloween! And once again I have been asked to run the AMV Contest! The rules have been posted as well as the entry forms and we are now taking submissions!

We're getting close to the deadline of October 1st, so I wanted to remind everyone that Bakuretsucon needs your entries! Let's make this the best Bakuretsucon contest yet!
