As the title says. I exported my final project from Premiere Pro 1.5 with RGB (None), left all other project settings the same. And the thing is.. i can't seem to find any transitions in my video. Not one, nada. Most of transitions were a simple opacity reducement at sequence end, most of them just to do fade outs and fade ins. Why they're not in exported lossless file?
1. I rendered all video in Premiere timeline.
2. I tried to export with Lagarith (it was quite sucky, as Premiere do better job with RGB)
3. I even tried to export just one sequence with changed opacity, and it's the same.
What problem is that?

The first thing you'll want to try is putting a black solid with 100% opacity at the bottom of your timeline, below everything else.
As for export settings, the safest thing is Microsoft AVI, with None (Uncompressed)... other codecs, even lossless, can fail, even if not for everyone and not always.

As stupid (or not?) it may sound - the thing worked. I placed black color matte under all of the video, exported one sequence to see if it works and.. it did.
If you don't mind to write one more time, please do that explaining why was that necessary, and in what way it helped? To me it looks kinda of illogical ^^

Well... it striked me when you said that you had fades to black and from black... basically those fades were onto alpha and from alpha, and upon export premiere wasn't able to preserve the alpha channel, so it dropped it. The result was just having the image on top without the opacity lowering. By putting the black matte below everything, you don't have the alpha anymore, so the thing goes fine.
