2009 Anime Banzai AMV Contest

Entries have been very slim so far this year, we have less than a month to deadline and I hardly have enough to run a contest!

What, you mean you don't usually get a huge rush of entries in the week before the deadline like everybody else does?

I get the end rush every year.. but..., compared to all the previous years my numbers around this time are down by about 40% by comparison..

With the rough times I guess people have more things to worry about than AMV's...
Its understandable... I still tip my hat to those who sent or will send me stuff.
This years anime cell prizes are turning out nicely, I will try to get pics for my two week notice posting. I wont have the directors chair pics yet, I'm still debating on embroidery or digital print...

So, i'm interested in sending an amv, but i don't have enough experience with... sending submission forms and such

My question is : can i upload the video file at a hosting site, such us Megaupload? I 've read the form and i'm not sure about the "Digital Submission Links" part, the only thing i should do there is just paste the megaupload link (and then tick the http box)... Am i right?

Yea that is fine, just paste the link into the entry form or e-mail..
