This pairing gave me problems on my last computer (with vista) but someone told me how to fix it.
flash forward a year later and my computer was stolen. and i forget how to fix the problem.
i took notes while installing and opening windows vegas 7.0
here they are:
program has known compatibility issues:
program: Microsoft SQL Server MSDE
Publisher: microsoft
Location: N/A
clicked "check for solutions online" button and it found nothing
--------
the media library database maintence failed.
unable to locate osql.exe tool
but says "Sony Media Manager has been successfully installed
-----
I open it and "Windows host process (Rundll32) has stopped working" pops up
---
Vegas will then open and look normal.BUT it wont let me enter my serial number.
PLEASE help. i need to get working. :<
