I don't like the idea of female "Jane Bonds" - it seems to defeat the point of the character - but nonetheless I found this video to be very technically accomplished, and improved by a number of great stylistic touches; the transition to the spinning globe when the title appears, the Eiffel Tower becoming a pistol, and the lipstick bullet-hole in the final shot stand out in particular.
The one aspect I might criticise is Rei's appearance - she looks quite static in comparison to all of the spinning weapons floating up beside her - but beyond that I'd say that it's marvellous.

Technically it's awesome and it does have several cool and anime style parts... It seems to be a bit too close to some of the bond openings in many parts so it sometimes feels like it looses it's uniqueness as a AMV parody of a bond opening...
