No, there wouldn't be, because Japanese editors don't make AMVs. More to the point, westerners make AMVs. Seeing as how anime is Japanese popular culture, why would there be an anime about AMV editors?

Going even further, M@Ds are so low on the radar, even here in Japan, that such an anime or manga would probably not be developed, let alone sell. Much to my surprise; despite niconicodouga and the general internatisation of the M@D community most Japanese people are unaware of M@Ds, and the M@D creators want it that way.
