It's only a community-spurred meme that applies very well to this topic and is therefor IT. I don't really think it's flame.
And by topic, I mean that is pertaining to the MEP itself, and wasn't meant as a joke to the user.

...ok, it wasn't that nice, but I think it's tolerable, I don't think it was meant as flame to begin with. If other mods will think it is, it's up to them to remove it, but I don't think there is anything against it (I've always been fine with the MEP memes that tend to born in here).
