Well, it is okay considering the fact it is your second one ^^
1. Fix your frame size. Widescreen should do it.
2. Don't use titles etc. that are still in the movie/Anime, except when doing a trailer. It is distracting and has nothing to do with the video.
3. You should change the 'setting'/scenery more often. I am actually not interested in seeing Cloud and Sephiroth fighting for a minute without any change. Same goes for almost the whole video.
4. It's not enough to have a cut once every 5 seconds. Especially in the beginning and when editing with a fast song like this, you should listen to the beat (and the text). When there are no lyrics at all you can actually go wild with your cuts xD
5. ... that should be it for now.
Well, you know, everyone started from scratch, so just edit, edit, edit. You matched the lyrics basically and at least you have no horrible mistakes in it, like most of the complete newbies do! Keep it up ^^
