Don't see how it could be possible not to get anything from this video.

Absolutely wonderful, it touched every corner of my heart.

Maybe the best video I've seen all year.

5/5

Eva-Fan wrote:ehh... TBH I don't know... This is probably the first vid of yours I've watched and not really liked... The videos pace was way to fast for the music IMO, had trouble tuning into the mood of the song too cause of this. Had trouble dealing with all the scene switching on hard hits as well. Some diversity wouldnt of hurt or even some dynamic syncing. Meh.

2/5 I ended up using the seek bar :?
Actually, that's one of the things I liked BEST about this video. Most drama/romance vids make me want to pop my eyes out with spoons because they're so dreadfully slow-paced. Slow song + slow, long cuts does *not* equal dramatic atmosphere all the freakin' time. I loved the fact that she used quicker cuts to punch up certain aspects of the song---and actually, the song itself does have a lot of dynamic aspects to it. It certainly doesn't slog about, and I thought this video reflected that and amplified it really well. To me, it made it all the more immediate and added a sense of urgency, which--at least for me--translates into "drama" as far as this storyline is concerned.

I also thought your narrative was really strong---I've never watched this anime, but I got a sense of the flow of the story. I'll probably be picking it up as a result.

5/5 from me. This was one of my favourite vids at Anime Evolution, and I've rewatched it a few times now since you put it up here. I'm looking forward to seeing what else you do in this vein. Thanks for an awesome vid.
