First off CONGRATS to the Finalists that did make it

aww that sucks i really thought at least one of my videos would make it - and i wont be there on the sunday to watch the entries - i really don't actually care about winning i just wanted to see audience reaction to my videos since it would be my first contest.

it would have been my second contest as i entered the calgary one - but there was no "rule" about having the subtitles in the video and i didn't know how to remove them at the time... so i got compleatly shafted by that contest and i submitted way before the dead line and nobody emailed me to say otherswise - i'm a total noob at this video which i guess probably showed

not saying i'd make the finals either way but when a contest picks both of somebodies entries it just kinda sucks for us other hopefuls that we get kinda screwed - sure they both be good videos but it just sucks to see 6 other spots just go to somebody that's already a finalist.

oh well that's my small useless rant - i'd ask for the possibility to get showen after the contest just so i could see some reactions but i guess you do it for me you'd have to do it for everybody - and i'm sure the room is booked afterwords so the contest will probably have to start right on time and end right on time.......

oh well anyone who makes it sunday and watches my videos please let me know what you thought of them.

and again - i don't mean to sound like a sore loser cause i didn't make it - CONGRATS again to the finalists and look forward to watching the contest

well I probably would have enjoyed the contest if the driver didn't decide to take a wrong turn and put us 30mins outta the way of the con before we finally got there. i had seats reserved and everything so not only did i not make the finals...i didn't even get to watch the contest.

well at least Paul Dobson was impressed when I bombarded him with all of my stuff to sign

I would have bombarded Brad as well but i got him in May when he came here to Calgary for Comic-con.

oh well. anyways - can i submit a video now for next years contest - not that i'd expect to win but i just think it would be an awesome video to watch at a con

Contest was lotsa fun, really enjoyed the AMV gameshow as well.
