Suggestions needed on how to WTF up this video

There is a bit of lag on the Tube but the sync is good on regular playback. I just want to know what more I could do to add more WTF to this. Different effects? Do something with the yellow ball? Add / subtract something?

I'd like to compete with this eventually in the upbeat category and want to make sure my bases are covered...

maybe do some color inversion or just toss a bunch of random memes in there like weegee and longcat or somethin
