Video Info- Issue?

I went to edit my video info on one of my amvs(after uploading it), but it won't let me touch the "Music" (step2) or the "Anime" (step3) sections instead, whenever I try to click on one of those it just takes me right away to "Links" (step4). Is it supposed to be like that? because I do not remember anything like that at all from my years of being on here o_O. If not, it would much appreciate if someone could fix that

After a while, editing anime and music info is locked.
In order to change locked info, you have to make the pertaining requests here.
