What's the most important part of an AMV?

In your opinion c: Is it, like, the clip choice? Or effects? Or timing? Whatever. To me I think it's definitely the clip choice. If the clips have nothing to do with the song then the video is just horrible.

Apparently the quality, if its not in MP4 format, they will bitch and bitch about it, till the word limit of the post is out.

It's not enough to just put it in mp4. Codecs and all. Cleanup as well.\
