Out of curiosity... what is a studio, exactly?

its just an easy way to seperate your name/video's from others. thats how i look at it

I think of it as like a seperation from another person or something. For example, if I were to say, oh look, it's ErMaC from More Than Toast, would I be correct? But if I say, for example, hey, it's ErMaC! Isn't he the only person in ErMaC Studios?

It's basically just a group of person(s) / people, seperated from all the other people out there.

Or at least that's how I look at it.

its a group of amv artists who get to gether to form like one amv artist, basicaly cause your all refered together

People are quicker to recognise a 'studio' name rather than an individual.

Having a studio name also works as a catch-all if you use different nicks on different boards, or don't care to put your real name on your vids, or for splitting the cost of a web domain with one or more friends to release your vids.

Plus it makes you look cool and important, which is the real reason to do it.
