FTP problems

Hello everyone. i am new to a-m-v.org and i would like to upload my videos that youtube has currently taken down, but when i use CuteFTP 8.0 i enter all of my information correctly and when i try i get a message like this.

Can anyone help me please?

Also i have tried to use other FTP programs and i get the same problem =( help? please

Have you tried making sure that the login is correct? Sometimes it's just that, really. Otherwise, I wouldn't know what to say...

i have tried atleast 20 times reentering everything and manually typing it in and still nothing works

I'm pretty sure that's a firewall issue on your side. Turn your firewalls to low or off while uploading.
The other thing you could try is to use passive mode (should be in the program preferences/options/settings)
