Why do you Love/Hate Winter?

I love Winter, the season of snow. I'm not crazy about the cold, but I'd rather be too cold than too hot (Summer). Anyways, Winter's great. The nice fires, the beautiful snow, and the quick days.

Nights are awesome in the Winter. First, they start so early. By the time it's 5:00pm, it's already dark outside. Not only this, but at night during Winter, it's so bright outside, compared to the other seasons. The snow makes such a great reflectant, that it's barely dark outside (well, you know what I mean).

And not to mention... Chrsitmas & New Years!

Where I live, I'm blocked by a mountain, so I get little to no snow every year.

It's bitter fucking cold, and my location has yet to make up for it.

All I have to look at is the color brown, an early nightfall (1 hour after I get home from school.), and a temperature that's always one to five degrees above freezing, so that when clouds gather, all you get is very cold rain.

Honestly, snow is my favorite part of winer.

However, I almost never get any.

I like cold weather.

I like thunderstorms.

I don't like thunderstorms in cold weather.

That about sums it up for me.

Coldness, and sickness. Being sick sucks and it happens during the windter most often. Also it's always dark...

I like it because those are good exscuse for staying in the house all day...

Yah! Thunderstorms are awesome! Though Thundertsorms in cold weather? I didn't think you could get Thunder when it's cold.

Oh, and snowstorms are so cool too. Especially when you get White Out conditions. You can't see anything, but you can hear the wind howling!

I don't mind most spelling mistakes, but Christmas is different.
