EDIT: Awww... didn't really enjoy it, sorry.
Might be personal bias for how I always felt the song, but here it is why I didn't enjoy it too much:
1) Needed much more lyric-sync, felt waaaay too random.
2) The blue color correction was just wrong, with this kind of song and video, you should correct to warmer colors, perhaps yellow or orange.
3) Sync didn't always work well, although it was well done.
Overall, I can't say it's exactly bad, but I just think it didn't work and I personally didn't enjoy it. I think I'll give it a 3/5 for the sake of acknowledging that the editing is overall good although not of my taste.

this song is such a tony hawk nostalgia bomb for me ;<
i liked it, the blue color was fitting IMO, and the unorthodox scene selection/anime choice only hepled it raise its originality score
