Maybe my passion has died a bit since I find it hard to start projects but it's all there while I'm editing (well save for the furstration of premiere crashing on me literally every two minutes). As far as editors still around I think that highly depends on which contests youa re talking about. AWA for example I still see the same faces I do every year there, wheras AX it has changed a lot, the only pre 2003 editors I know still at AX are myself, subrunker, brad, castor and nic. AWA it's a totally different story.
