site not allowing me to chose the video I want to upload

Ok hi, ugh I hate that I have to use this forum but I haven't uploaded anything on here for almost a year now and I really want to upload this but for some reason the site not letting me chose it for uploading. Instead it only shows an older video I had to have removed but because it has opinions on it they couldn't remove it completely. Here some pics



see everything filled out correctly. Also when I did set the premiered date in the past(which means you can't upload it) it notice it was there that it mentions it can't be uploaded. However as you see this pic below when I correctly set the premier date.



its not showing. So I really don't know why its not working. I might have to ask an admin. Anyway anyone who can help please contact me asap or tell an admin

The current date isn't considered in the past. Does it meet all the other requirements, i.e. listed music and anime source?

yea every thing filled out correctly, which is why I just don't understand why its not showing. It showing on my profile but it won't on the upload page.

it was? didn't realize that, since I've seen the anime used. anyway it working now. thanks doki (hopefully the delete request is canceled)
