FTP Login Fail

I requested ftp login info for my video, which I received, but I couldn't sign in with it. What happened?

Try typing it in manually instead of copy-pasting?

Even if you only select the text it adds a random space at the beginning when you paste it.

I tried it both ways. Still doesn't work.

What client are you using for FTP?
I use FileZilla Client. Try using that and see what happens.

Go back to Upload video and see if the FTP info has changed. IIRC, sometime the FTP info can expire if you dont upload right after your request.

Yep, that must've been what happened. I went to Confirm Upload and found a different password.
