Download Failure

every time I click to download, I am redirected to my account page where the pending stars for videos would typically be kept. On previous times this has happened rating the videos there has made me able to download but now even after ratign them I still can't get it to stop redirecting me. What should I do?

You can't have more than 10 videos pending to be rated.

I don't, I rated them all.

The sections can now be folded down, look at the top of your members main page if there is a tab at the top saying 'Pending stars' you need to click that before you'll be able to see anything that needs to be rated and make sure you hit submit after giving the videos a star rating.
