I hate hardcuts the most important, fundamental tool in editing.

o.O or did you mean the cutting in this video?

edit: you totally lost the rhythm afer about 35s and only picked it up a couple of times.
i didn't realise there was a sniper until the second time i watched it, i think you could've established the setup there a bit better (and shown more about the fag lady), although it pretty much made sense overall.
it was almost non-stop jump cuts, you should think about which cuts need to be hidden. maybe kev dun liek jump cuts

you totally lost the rhythm afer about 35s and only picked it up a couple of times.

after re watching the video a few times i noticed where i dropped the ball a few times, as for the establishing i see your point, the jump cuts i kind of went a little crazy with mainly because i usually never use them.
