i cant upload my video cuz the artist i'm using is not listed in the Artist thingie!!! can an admin plzz allow me to upload the video anyway? or can i get allowed to list the artist(i dunno if this artist is an official artist either O_o)

There should be an option in the music secion that says "Add artist" and "add song". Go ahead. You know you want to.
