Eminem's new song???

Ive got no problem with his lyrics or him, he can do whatever he wants, thats what taste and art are all about, I just dont like rap and how much it floods the airwaves (over heh at least).

Whoa Whoa Whoa Whooooooaaa ya'll need to know what you are talking about before you even touch that keyboard. Since when does rap not have metaphors?? What rap have you been listening to? All rap is the same? WTF are you all talking about? In my opinion this is the greatest music ever. Ya'll need to wake up, this really saddens me, for real. Nice on the Aesop reccomendation, Labor Days is on very heavey rotation right now

You cannot deny eminems skill, he is unbelieveable, I don't think anyone can deny that raw talent. I don't agree totallly what he does with his skill but oh well, what can I do? You punks labeling him without any knowledge makes me want to punch someone.

Drop the rap talk. It's ok in small, happy amounts or as a joke, but as serious speech it's atrocious. Black or white, I don't care. Talk like a real human being, not someone on Jerry Springer.

OK, tell us about some rap that has metaphors. Of course, it's pretty hard to come up with metaphors about shooting, drug slinging, pimping, and sex. As for all rap being the same, I'd say 90% of rap out there seems to consist of either a bunch of randomly thrown together bass sounds with lyrics related to the gangsta lifestyle or some slow, simple piano that doesn't drown out the gangsta lyrics.
