People who enjoy their own work after completion can't possibly move forward. One shouldn't admire every single step he or she takes. As they should be moving onward on to the next step and leap forward. Just take the leap onward and you're good to go. Just make sure its a giant one rather then one of those self absorbed baby steps.

Working and striving for something is what people should enjoy. Once you've completed that you have to move forward.
