Also something some may be interested in are the upcoming melodeath releases later this year.

Insomnium, Dark Tranquillity, Darkest Hour, Disarmonia Mundi, Nightrage ... and some other bands like Amorphis, Long Distance Calling and Devin Townsend. I guess at least for my taste it'll be a good year for music I guess.
