Video uploaded, tested, confirmed, still no download.

After confirmation It says the wait should be 5-10 minutes before the video is available. It's the next day and still no download. The video is still in my upload que and I have no way to confirm what its status is because I've already confirmed everything was okay. I tried again this morning with the same result. Now, I potentially have the problem of having uploaded it and confirmed the file twice for one video and I'm not sure if I should've waited longer (although 5-10 hours > 5-10 minutes). Any idea what's up?

I also tried adding a direct link to a different server last night and for some reason that didn't work either. But, I tried again this morning and it went through so I do have a download link. The Local one for the org still hasn't shown up though so it could be a problem for someone who doesn't have that option.
