I guess I'd have to say Dream Theater's "Learning to Live" is the most inspirational song I know. It's long, though. The second half of the song is pretty much instrumental.

Kusoyaro: We don't need a leader. We need to SHUT UP. Make what you want to make, don't make you what you don't want to make. If neither of those applies to you, then you need to SHUT UP MORE.

"Ordinary Day" by Great Big Sea
"Happy" by Natasha Bedingfield
"Born for This" by Paramore (maybe not a "bad stuff happened, but you'll be okay" song to some, but I consider it to be)
"Dare You to Move" by Switchfoot
"Made of Steel" by Our Lady Piece
Those are what I think of off the top of my head.

Hmm, I think I'd have to suggest
"In the Valley of the Dying Sun" by House of Heroes.
Pretty epic song from a very under-appreciated band, in my opinion.
Also, maybe try...
"Burn Out Bright" by Switchfoot
"Between the End and Where We Lie" by Thrice
