i would like to lodge a formal complaint: on no less than three occasions i note that the rate of magical girls per minute dropped significantly below the "acceptable" threshold of 180.

also, as infinity squared rightly pointed out above, this is not the finest work of slovakia's premiere cat-skinning ensemble.

I think you missed the brilliance of the video. Those points you mention were where the colors, shapes, and movement all suggested magical girl without there actually being a magical girl. They distilled the essence of magical girlness and moved beyond actually needing the object. They only did this a few times, as you note, but I'm hoping this is the first in a series of videos that will eventually culminate into an AMV that is the very height of magical girlness without actually containing a single magical girl. It would be a combination of zen and the soul of a true artiste. So plebeians such as yourself may not have understood what the artist were attempting but make no mistake, this was true art!

Or, you know, it might have just been a bunch of random scenes sped up 300 percent.
