Is AMV-making considered an art form?

Meh, I don't really consider amv's art... More or less they are forms of self-expression.

In terms of art, I'd like to say its when people go above and beyond on a scale of creativity.

So ya some AMV's could be perceived as art but most are just expressions of the AMV maker’s ideals, interests, and personal tastes in a way that may or may not be entertaining to others.

I would say it is art personally, you ever been in a preschool art class? if putting your hand in paint and touching paper with it is art then AMVs are definatly worthy to be considered a form of art. And like i've seen in previous posts, doesnt mean it hasta be good art.
