To reach the meaning of the title, we must first extrapolate the meanings of the parts that make up the title (i.e. the video and the music.)

The video is an anime. In anime, there are people, at least in most cases. In this case there are, in fact, people. People need certain amounts of these things called "food groups" in order to survive. One of these food groups is the "grains". Bread is, as it is commonly believed, a grain product. As such, humans, therefore anime, and therefore this very video need bread to survive. It doesn't make sense for people to just dig into a whole loaf of bread, and so they slice the bread, creating the commonly seen anime scene of a student running down the street with a slice of bread in their mouth.

Ninjas, to the best of our knowledge, are human. Therefore, it reasons well that they need these "food groups" as well. Therefore, ninjas also need to devour bread to sustain their supernatural lives. Therefore, they slice it.

The ones who sang this song were people. See previous extrapolations about the necessities of people in relation to this video.

The man who made this video is, we think, a people. See above.

In conclusion, this video, this title as it were, needs bread in order to survive, and so it must therefore slice the bread.
