yea the local is down, if i had downloaded it before it was down I'd be able to op it, but since i haven't I can't leave you an op (you have to download the local to leave an op) pretty much you gotta wait for them to fix Kero before i can do anything O.o

the system has been a bit wonky for the past few weeks cause they have been upgrading the server (it's in the stickie thats at the top of every forum if you want to check status on that)
