wont allow me to download!

It keeps saying at the bottom of my page "The webpage cannot be found"
and i've been waiting ten seconds and refreshing and nothing is happening.
I even downloaded Mozilla Firefox and use it to see if this issue would go away, but it didn't...

Whats going on?
If theres upgrades going on please tell me when it will be back up and allowing members to download.

Try reading. It's on the top of every page... it even includes a twitter update page.
