You know all these settings and such for the project are all set up assuming that we all have premier, what if someone has something different. I personally use a completely different program. I can still meet the requirements but others might not. Just thought this should be mentioned.

We have to have all the clips setup somewhat. By requiring you to just send in a 24fps file leaves it open enuf for people to use any problem they want to. Just use VirtualDub to IVTC your footage and convert the fps to 24fps.

The majority have Premiere, we're not going to go through the extra trouble of allowing anyone to send in whatever video res, frame rate or codec they feel like. Not only is that a pain, but importing a 15fps file onto a 24fps timeline isn't going to work, nor would a 29.97 on a 24fps timeline. There are guides available for people to convert to IVTC'd 23.976 footage. There are also free programs like VirtualDub & Avisynth ,as mentioned above, that would let anyone use really any program to make a 24fps file @ 640x480.

OKAY YOU KNOW, I am just going to run and hide and go into a hole for the rest of my life. I can't type anything coherant lately.. >_<

We can't allow all sorts of resolutions and frame rates. I set them up as fair as possible. I don't know of a program worth it's money that can't edit @ 24fps.

This is a message to all that have not submitted Anime to me. At 12 noon of monday the 25th of November, if you have not submitted your list of anime to me, you will be bumped randomly. I have several people who want your spots, and if you dont submit anime to me, I'm going to give them away. Its's not hard to talk to me, I do have AIM...
