A Quality Powerups AMV?

I've been lurking around for ages trying to find a proper animes power ups AMV without success :S I'm talking about the awesome stuff - the old naruto powerups, the dbz style awesomeness, and bleach awesomeness (like the scenes with kenpachi in soulsoc'). All sorts of random awesome powerups that im forgetting as well.

Didn't anyone at all make a good mix of these awesome clips with some proper music?? I'm not finding anything half decent

Yeah... about 13 years ago. Back in the mid to late nineties I saw all sorts of stuff like this. It was all about you COULD get. DBZ powerups to Limp Bizkit, and later Linkin Park.

I THINK the rather (in)famous DBZ to Particle Man video would fall under this.

Yeah, but I'm talking about a remix of all the good stuff these days :+D Or more like recent years included. I loved the old DBZ action AMVs that flooded arounded :+P I HEART DBZ!

I can't imagine there not being a at least one proper remix of good power-up fighting action around :+( Look at me! I'm sad!!

Mainly it's because these vids look all the same, most of the proper footage has been used and using it to new songs that sound like the old ones isn't great as well...

So most of us kinda gave up on such vids, I'd say~

That kind of video just feels appealing, and everyone and their grandmother knows it. So much so that the onslaught of badly done "power-up" amvs from people who thought they had an incredible idea flooded the amv community, leaving behind a taint that makes people spit when they hear of another one. The unfortunate side effect is that the good amv editor who would still be willing to use the combination are now cowed into changing idea's entirely.

All of that is quite a darn shame :+S I hope some AMV maker notices this post, and maybe gets on his video editor to make the next best powerup AMV. Oh well.

I recommend dragonballarena.net for dbz power up videos. They have tons of older videos on the site. There is sometimes decent oldschool stuff though.

Some people seem to have misread the conversation... Please put your focus on my original post! I'm looking for a power-up style AMV with animes of these days included! Like a huge collection from old and new.

No more DBZ only vids please........ If I wanted that, I could have find that by myself obviously..... :+D And I have seen -all- the good old DBZ AMVs in my past already too....

The problem you are going to run into is that this crowd, myself most definitely included, do not think any of those videos are any good, so therefore we would be unable to suggest examples other than what we remember- which are bound to be infamous "classics" which most people have seen.

I for one would not consider three minutes of various anime power ups to be at all entertaining.
