Infinite Undiscovery

after you get past the VNS-esque title, random mixture of dialogue-less cutscenes, lip sync that speed racer would mock in the cutscenes with (spoken) dialogue, developer's idea that they don't have to give you any indication of where to go next (besides the name of a town) and hueg liek xbox maps (think LOZ twilight princess overworld scale maps for every field and dungeon) it's a decent game

oh yeah, and it's pretty short (I'm nearing the end at < 20 hrs playtime)...but it's actually fairly entertaining

also playing FFXII

Fallout 3
shitsux
Easy, boring weapons/armor, short, did I mention ridiculously easy?
The only way to make it playable is with a shitload of mods. Especially the one that allows you to play after the end of the main quest... Which I finished without even realising!!! I thought I was halfway through the game. level 14, explored 60%, good skills maxing out, no challenge met yet, all the toughest creatures are 2 crits worth of life, annihilated raiders' and slavers' town with a couple of stimpacs. And suddenly the game ended in the dumbes possible way after the weak lame quest(and final mission in which you do nothing but run around avoiding being stopmed)
tl;dr but had to vent it somewhere

Replaying it now with some mods and without using VATS.

Other than that emulatan Persona 3 and 4 and having my first JRPG experience. Hating the silly grindan gameplay while enjoying the cliched but still fun storyline and characters.

Also... try playing with a lower Int and Agility. Less skill points to ramp up your weapons skills and less bonus to fire arms.

well, i got bored of crysis the same way i got bored with far cry : \ awesome gameplay, but the story just didn't grab me. might finish it some other day, but it's shelved for now.

picked up BioShock cheap a few days ago for the 360, figured i should try to give that a play through since i was a huge fan of the System Shock games. enjoying it so far.

also playing Company of Heroes. i was hoping for real-time squad-based shenanigans, and ended up with Dawn of War's basic gameplay set in WW2. it's still entertaining though. just need to find something else to get me my squad-fix now(might play X-COM again, god i love that game)

Hardest. But as I think it changes nothing but monster health, which is irrelevant with sneak-crits to the head.
Also... try playing with a lower Int and Agility. Less skill points to ramp up your weapons skills and less bonus to fire arms.
I should cripple myself intentionally just so I can make the game a bit more challenging? That's just bad design. I WANT to have the optimal character and be powerful(as I do in all RPGs), I just want the game to give me chances to use the awesomeness to the fullest, and not just be wasted as it is in Fallout 3.

Marathoned half-way through fallout 2 in a day after failing to enjoy Fallout 3 with mods and without VATS.
