Make a t-shirt for yourself out of the a-m-v.org logo...fine. Take a logo, change it, then put it online and ask people to pay for it...what the heck?? is all I'm saying. I don't care who made it, or why. If an admin wants to reveal that they gave permission for it to be sold like that, then they are welcome to say so and I won't say another word. If they don't feel it's worth addressing, then that's also their call.
*shrug* I guess I interpreted "All logo submissions become the property of AnimeMusicVideos.org" to mean that a-m-v.org does consider the logo its property and that "Copyright © 2009. AnimeMusicVideos.Org. All Rights Reserved" is an attempt to remind people that lifting pieces parts from the site and is not appreciated. It's up to them how they deal with their own "property," but they can't deal with it at all if they don't know there's anything TO deal with.

For future reference, yes, the logo is owned by the site. If you do something really prominent with it (like putting it on sold products), then you should get our authorization first.
Yes, we are planning to reopen the official store soon, so official .org merch will be available.
Drift, while I understand your frustration (seeing as you're the one who actually created the logo), it probably would have been more effective if you had contacted one of us directly about this.
