Sorry, how can i realise this effect please ? (The stylish frame around the screen)
(Does that need any spécial Plugin ? Other log than After Effects ? )

You don't need AE, standard editors can do this.

First create the background (the dark brown) in photoshop / gimp, then put each video in a separate layer, and finally resize and reposition the video in each later (so that it fits inside the black areas).
