Outlet for live action music videos?

This is somewhat off-topic, but I think some people here would know. Of course these aren't allowed on the org, but is there a similar website for them, or any conventions that allow them? Comic con doesn't seem to have a contest and I don't really know of too many non-anime conventions. Thanks for the help, if anyone knows.
