The song is actually "Hishoku no Sora" by Mami Kawada.
This whole video seemed very random to me. And random is fine, but it ceased to hold my interest after about 30-40 seconds. I think the big thing is, you need more of a concept, or if you're going to do a more random video, you should work on more internal synch (stuff happening in time to the beat), or to try and tell a story with the video, or a logical progression of some kind. Technically, not too bad, your source footage was decently high res enough, but there did seem to be some macroblocking going on too. And also, I'd trim the black letterboxing down, that way you can have more bitrate for the final video. A good attempt, keep at it!
