THE BAD:
I guess the big thing with this one is that it tries to do two things at once. You have the idea of an amusement park, with rescue via submarine. I don't have a problem with this per say, but the fact that we transition from the amusement park to the military base seems a little disjointed. I guess when I think amusement park, I think one of the big ones like you might find in Florida, complete with lakes/water rides/etc. My suggestion would be to have the amusement park on the edge of a large body of water, with some kind of lagoon or inlet that makes up part of the park itself that would allow access to the sub in the final act.

While I have some questions as to how one gets from an amusement park to a naval base so quickly...

I agree with everything you say, unsurprisingly. I guess I wanted to put in a cool and original means of evacuation, but didn't have enough good ideas left to make a sensible transition inbetween. That's why the thing seems disjointed. I'll do better next time, promise On a side note, many action movies make less sense than what I have written

Oh, and I'm kind of curious what other people came up with. Any chance of seeing at least the general concepts?

It was fun writing for the contest. Creating something with zombies in it is always a pleasure. I was even lucky enough to have played L4D at my friend's place a couple of days back. Otherwise I would have had no idea how to create the campaign...
