Nightwish or Not Nightwish?

I know the Nightwish videos are forbidden to host on Local on Org.

BUT.

Some time ago I stumbled upon a girl playing a wonderful piece on the piano. I asked her if she was interested in recording it and then me making AMV out of it and she was pleased, and it might work out.
She informed me, though, that the original is "piano/violin/some effects and singing" song from Nightwish.

So, if I record this piece in clear piano version of her performance - will it be uploadable on Org? And if so, how should I manage it (write her as the actual performer or the member of NW who wrote the music)?

Nightwish ist nicht verboten, that I can tell. Quick search reveals a LOT of Nightwish videos on here. Evanescence, yes. Das ist verboten. Not due to any AMV decision, but because their label made the admin pull all of them. So let the Nightwish AMV be shown. I'm quite interested in seeing how it turns out.

Covers = Not illegal in any way, so editing to somebodys cover of a song would be absolutely aloud, or so I would think...
