It's the forum style my con (AAC) just switched to this year. Takes a lot of getting used to and accidentally hitting "subscribe to thread" when i'm clicking around for board index pisses me off to no end.

Well I don't mind having to get used to the new layout really. It's the look thats bothering me. There is too much "Bright White" on the screen and it hurts mah eyes. I only got a crappy lamp in my room so you can amagine... Is there a way to used the duller white the old forum had for the background? or atleast change it to something slightly dimmer?

I found myself checking to see if the site and then the forums was up about as much as I usually check them normally. I'd run through my list of places I browse, hit the org, get sad cuz' it's still down, then continue on.

Though I found myself checking a bit more often for a week or so waiting to post up the ohayocon thread, and while I was bored doing nothing at work.

Oddly, as much as I check the org forum, I didn't miss it...I'd click on it to see if it was back, but when it wasn't I just shrugged and moved onto something else.

I blame this on the Wrath of the Lich King expansion release.
