I'm working on sony vegas and i want to make a black screen every drumbit. How do i do that?

either import a black bmp or something or afaik don't put video there.

i dont wanna leave it blank.. i meant something like whenever there is a drumbit a black screen fades in and out... something like that

you can fade to nothing or fade in from nothing. It's fine.

or as I mentioned before You COULD make a big black rectangle in MSPaint and save it as a bmp and import it into vegas.

You can also change transparency of the clip.

I don't know if Vegas has Colour Matte, but use it if it has it.

In vegas, you just go over to "generate media", click on the black solid, and drag it out onto the timeline. >_>

it would be easier to cut your clip on all the drum beats then create fades.
