Ranma 1/2 has an entire episode of skiing - sometime in early season 2.

There's a first-season episode of Sailor Moon, I think an episode in one of the Slayers TV series, I'm almost certain episode 6 of Excel Saga, and I want to say Airbats, but I'm not sure about that one.
