I'd totally be in for full 4.0 as well as Balls-to-the-wall ^^

I have no preference for time of year, any time of year is good for me basically, but I'd say Early more then later simply because of all the work I do for cons later in the year. It's 1 day every so often, no big deal.

I'm fine with that beta 4.0 thing, and would agree with starting the contest in january.
not sure about entering, tho judging is something I'd love to do if I do not enter.

P.S: that thing about the ic3 compilations sounds kinda... cool. brad. |:

EDIT: Now that I've actually read the thread, I have to vote for maintaining tradition with the tournament late in the year. (Never mind that Version 1.0 started in January...

)

As for the 96-person bracket, I like that idea. The number of competitors has been increasing each time, so it'd be fitting.

The only thing I can think of to keep the interest of people who aren't participating would be starting a betting pool with real money.

Oh, and one more thing: don't forget to match me up with TJ in the first round again. We need a tiebreaker grudge match.

I really don't have a time-of-year preference, as long as there's enough lead time to prepare.
