Hmm, your editing seems different :O More defined? I liked the edit quite a bit but (like your comments said) it would have helped a little if I took time to watch PA. I think I know what the theme was though! O.O Would be cool to see this one at a con...even though I've only been to my loacl one. Enjoyable watch. Can't wait to see your next..this is interesting hehe...

Thank you~ I worked quite a lot on this one, around 50 hours or more.. Like I said, really barely slept 3 days (around 3-7 hours in total) so i could finish it. I tried making it better than my others. I only have 2 vids in the con to worry about for 1st place.. I would be sad if i got 2nd or 3rd place but we'll see when we get there ^_^ I'm glad you liked it, MD~ *huggies* thankies~Meteor Dragon wrote:Hmm, your editing seems different :O More defined? That was quite nice, I thought you had the editing and mood sync pretty much down (although that part where I think you did something like lip sync - with the kid keeping his mouth open at 1:08 - I'd avoid that in a video that's otherwise not lip-synched, it looks a bit silly). Also, I wondered a bit about the overall look of the video - probably a source thing, but the colours are a bit washed out and the contrast/brightness are kind of low. Might even be intentional in the series, but I'd have tweaked that for this video - it's too dynamic mood-wise to keep with the washed-out colour.
Otherwise definitely good use of a whole lot of fairly simple techniques to good effect, and keeping up a good variety and dynamic in the footage helps. Nicely done!

The Birds are using humanity in order to throw something terrifying at this green pig. And then what happens to us all later, that’s simply not important to them…

Well, my vids are all old though >__>
But I'll try, after I (hopefully) finish my homework!
And I know what you mean about the source thing... still, I'm pretty sure with some filtering you could've got it to look a bit better and brighter. I can't recommend anything specific now though, since it's been over two years that I had to work with older, somewhat-washed-out footage.
